I know I need greens in my diet, raw will be better. However, I have problems taking enough green, much less taking it raw. Cooked vegetables are more palatable and I have not tried eating it raw except for lettuce in salads. I thought I can replace the nutrients from the greens by eating more fruits. If you or your children are not eating enough greens , Victoria Boutenko has a solution for you. I found this video on Youtube while doing some research for this blog. This video is an eye opener. I realize that replacing greens with fruits in my diet is just not enough. We need to have greens to stay healthy. According to Victoria, greens should indeed be a big part of our diet.
